PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary pipe in a manhole capable of eliminating dirt and sewage from pattering to the outside of a line by reducing a height different in the manhole to reduce an impact of dirt and sewage against each line wall and reducing even the impact itself so as to substantially eliminate a damage to the line by the impact flow. SOLUTION: This auxiliary pipe in manhole comprises a sewage inflow line 2 protrusively installed to the upper side wall of an auxiliary pipe main body 1 approximately in horizontal direction; an inspection hole line 5 installed on the opposite side of the sewage inflow line 2 approximately in the horizontal direction of the sewage inflow line; an auxiliary pipe main line 3 curved smoothly in arc shape and guided downward from the sewage inflow line 2; a sewage flow-out line 4 connected to the auxiliary pipe main line 3 and curved smoothly in arc shape and led to the bottom of the manhole to form an approximately horizontal line; and an air vent hole line 7 installed protrusively on the upper part of the auxiliary pipe main body 1. The inspection hole line 5 is formed so that a sealing cap 6 is installed detachably and lockably, and the air vent hole line 7 is covered with a cap, and an air vent pipe 9 is inserted therein through the cover cap.
