PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an energy-saving effect while an external reflux is made unnecessary. SOLUTION: Inside a distillation column body barrel 1, an inside 4 and an outside 5 of a single or a plurality of pipes 25 are separated from each other by connecting the pipe 25 to the body barrel 1 by both end pipe plates 3a, 3b. By providing a difference in operation pressure between a pipe interior (4 side) and a pipe exterior (5 side), operating temperatures are made different. By transmitting hea from a high pressure side to a low pressure side by using the pipe wall(s) of the single pipe or the plurality of the pipes as a heat transfer face, the high pressure side functions as a concentration part 4, and the low pressure side function as a recovery part 5. In an upper part of the concentration part 4 of such a constituted internal heat exchanging type distillation column, an area (a reflux liquid generating area) 20 for generating the reflux liquid by condensing a rising vapor is provided, and a wire net-regular filler (a mesh material-made regular filler) 21 is filled in the reflux liquid generating area 20.
