PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching/detaching work for a lid. SOLUTION: Pillars 37 are erected on a placing mount 29 for constituting a stand 28 for recovering a vessel, to support turnably a supporting arm 40 on the pillars 37 via a supporting member 39. The plane shape of the arm 40 is formed along the plane shape of the long side of a lid body, and a bent part 40a slightly parallels in both the short side directions from the long side of the lid body to both the side parts, and is formed by folding so as to be slightly bent outward. The arm 40 has fixed thickness thinner than the width of the engaging groove of the lid body.
