PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a clerk and allow the clerk to cope with the situation on the spot as required. SOLUTION: This prize control device E instructs the delivery of a prize to a prescribed prize delivery machine based on a prize exchange card storing the data including the number of acquired balls. A customer side operation face 1 is provided on one side of this device E, and a clerk side operation face 2 is provided on the other side. A card readout section 5 for reading data from the said card is provided in the device E. The customer side operation face 1 is provided with a card insertion port for accepting the said card for the card readout section 5, a customer display means 11 for displaying the data read by the card readout section 5, and a customer operating means 12 for a playing customer to take the delivery action of the prize. The clerk side operation face 2 is provided with a clerk display means 21 for displaying the data read by the card readout section 5 and a clerk operation means 22 for the clerk to take the delivery action of the prize.
