PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous emulsion composition designed for the interior coating of transportation vehicles and capable of easily removing aqueous stain as well as oily stain by including a resin capable of forming a coating film capable of removing both aqueous and oily stains. SOLUTION: This composition for the interior coating of transportation vehicles is obtained by including a resin capable of forming a coating film capable of removing both aqueous and oily stains, especially a coating film having a color differenceΔE of <=10 between the coating film before a destaining test and that after the test using an aqueous ink and a color differenceΔE of <=10 using an oily ink. The destaining test comprises such processes that an aqueous or oily ink is applied onto an aqueous coating film dried at 25 deg.C, under 50% relative humidity and for 168 h followed by drying the resultant film under the same conditions for 24 h, and then the stuck ink is wiped off 5 times with a nonwoven paper impregnated with isopropanol, and a color differenceΔE for the film before the ink is applied and after the ink is wiped off is measured using a color-difference meter (CR-300 produced by Minolta Camera Co., Ltd.).
