PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cooked rice food which contains a food containing soy sauce and in which the blot of the soy sauce is significantly controlled, and to provide the cooked rice food produced by the method. SOLUTION: This method for producing a cooked rice food comprises mixing cooked rice with a food which has a soy sauce content of 20 to 60 wt.% and whose surface is brought into contact with 0.05 to 2 wt.% of an aqueous gellant gum solution. |
