PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity for a patient himself to prepare a medicine-taking plan by displaying a prescription calendar on which, the using time and the dosage of a medicine are listed, on a medicine instruction, on which, medicine information such as the name of the medicine, a photograph of the outer shape of the medicine, the taking method of the medicine, the effects of the medicine, and cautions for the medicine is listed. SOLUTION: For a medicine instruction 1, on a paper 2 of an approx. B5 size, medicine information such as a medicine name 3, a color photograph 4 of the outer shape of the medicine, a taking method 5 of the medicine, the effects 6 of the medicine, and cautions 7 for the medicine is listed for each one of a plurality of prescribed medicines. Also, on the medicine instruction 1, a prescription calendar 8 using the unit of two weeks, wherein the using time 8a and the dosage 8b of the medicine are listed along the lower side of the medicine information column for each prescribed medicine are listed, is displayed separately from the column for the taking method 5 of the medicine. A patient can take medicines for daily use without mistakes even if the medicine taking method is complicated because a plurality of kinds of medicines are prescribed, by checking the prescription calendar 8 in the vertical direction, and selecting the medicines of the photographs conforming to the displayed instruction for the usage. |
