PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably prolong the life of a slide surface formed by molybdenum disulfide by remarkably improving the adhesion of a lubricant to a material to be worked. SOLUTION: This coating method uses molybdenum disulfide as a base for the material 1 to be worked. The material 1 is cleaned and activated and dipped into a chrome electroplating bath to form a hard chrome plated layer 2 having a bead like or columnar structural surface 2a and at least 600 HV hardness. Next, the lubricant 3 is applied to be filled to the bead like or columnar structural surface to make the surface smooth. |
