PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge oil from an oil tank installed in a traddess carriage at a prescribed place, periodically and automatically. SOLUTION: An oil pan 3 for receiving oil dropping from a work accommodated in a bucket 14 mounted on a roller conveyor 2 is arranged under the roller conveyor 2 arranged on the upper surface of a frame 1a of a trackless carriage 1, while both an oil tank 6 for storing the oil from the oil pan 3 and a pump 8 for discharging the oil stored in the oil tank 6 into an oil pan 15 arranged under a carburizing furnace outlet conveyor 12 are arranged under the oil pan 3. An auxiliary pan 10 for receiving the oil dropping from the tip end of a discharge pipe 9 is provided under the tip end of the discharge pipe 9 for discharging the oil from the pump 8 into the oil pan 15, while an oil returning pipe 11 for returning the oil dropped into the auxiliary pan 10 to the oil tank 6 is connected to the auxiliary pan 10.
