PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power consumption even though hot water is kept hot for 24 hours by reducing a heat radiation from a tank wall surface. SOLUTION: This private parts washing device comprises a hot water tank 2 having a water supply port 3 and a delivery port 4 and a nozzle for washing the private parts by spraying hot water supplied from the delivery port 4. The hot water tank 2 further comprises a case 5 having an opening part 6 at a specified portion and a cover part 8 fixed to the opening 6 in the case 5. The case 5 is formed in such a double wall surface structure as to have a space part 7 shut off from the outside air, and the space part 7 is brought generally into the state of vacuum.
