<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle a large amount of colored glass bottles which have been told to have difficulty in recycling as bottles and to obtain a building material having lightweight and high strength, sound absorbing and sound insulating effects and heat insulating effect, which have not been sold in the market. SOLUTION: This composite recycle glass board of foam and open cell body is obtained by grinding recovered glass bottles (especially colored glass bottles) being a general waste, screening the glass granules, compounding the screened glass granules 1 having <=100 meshes with an inorganic binder 2 and a starch 3 to give a mixture 4, compounding the screen glass granules 5 having 8-100 meshes with the inorganic binder to give a mixture 7, laminating both the mixtures, baking the laminate at 750-900 deg.C to make the former into a foam and the latter into an open porous body.</p> |
