PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an under fill from being formed in protrusions of a foam molded product and simplify the maintenance to improve productivity. SOLUTION: Air flow storing lines 21 and 22 for communicating protruded spaces 14, 15 and 16 adjoining one another are formed on wall sections 18 and 19 formed in a cavity 13 and parting respective protruded spaces 14, 15 and 16. Thus following the infiltration of urethane U reacted and expanded in the cavity 13 into the protruded spaces 14, 15 and 16, air stored in the protruded spaces 14, 15 and 16 and gas generated from the urethane U are moved into the protruded space 14 adjacent to joining parted faces P, L through the air flow storing lines 21 and 22, and eventually exhausted from the parting line P, L to outside a mold. |
