摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance airtightness by adhering an airtight tape to an entire periphery of an internal angle part formed by an external wall panel with an interior side base material as a moisture-proof gypsum board and a floor panel, performing filling and adhering a flooring material to a surface of a floor panel. SOLUTION: By laminating an exterior material 13 on an outdoor side of a frame body 12 for wall into which a heat insulating material 15 such as rock fiber is internally fitted and laminating an interior side base material 3 made of a moisture-proof gypsum board on an indoor side of the frame body 12 for wall, an external wall panel 4 is formed. By laminating an interior side base material 1 made of the moisture- proof gypsum board on a lower surface of a frame body 14 for ceiling into which a heat insulating material 16 is internally fitted at the inside, a ceiling panel 2 is formed. By laminating a base material for floor 18 on a frame body 19 for floor into which a heat insulating material 17 is internally fitted at the inside, a floor panel 5 is formed. An airtight tape 6 is adhered over an entire periphery of an internal angle formed by the outer wall panel 4 and the floor panel 5 and an end part of the airtight tape 6 is pressed by a dressed baseboard 20. As a result, airtightness can be enhanced by a simple constitution.
