PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base molding mounting structure and base molding, mounting method capable of assuring a water-tight capability, having excellent workability, and also having an excellent appearance quality. SOLUTION: A base molding mounting structure comprises a molding main body 10 provided in a clearance formed between an upper surface part 1a of a base 1 and a lower end 8a of an outer wall panel member 8 of a building unit 3 disposed on the base 1 and covering a front end part 1b of the base 1 to provide a draining plate part 10a allowing rain water flowing down the outer wall panel member 8 to lead to the lower side of the base 1. Leg parts 11 and 11 fixed onto the base 1 are projectedly installed downward on the lower surface of the draining plate part 10a integrally with each other, and a seal stamping horizontal part 10c opposed to a lower end 8a of the outer wall panel member 8 is formed on the upper surface of the draining plate part 10a at the upper end of a rise arm part 10b projected upward and integrally. A butyl rubber sheet 12 pressing the lower end 8a of the outer wall panel member from the lower side is installed on the seal stamping horizontal surface part 10c.
