PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an execution structure of a stay handware for a leader in which a leader can be installed on the surface of an exterior wall member in a short time without a sealing treatment. SOLUTION: A leader 8 is installed on the surface of a new exterior wall member 7 erected in front of an existing exterior wall 10 in this execution structure of a stay metal tool for the leader. One end of a tabular fitting base 2 that a leader holder 3 is provided at the other end of the base is used as a fixing part 21. A fitting plate 61 of an accessory member 6 for connecting exterior wall members arranged between right and left side adjacent exterior wall members or in the joint of a projected corner or a recessed corner is interposed to fix the fixing part 21 to an exterior wall member edge E.
