PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of sheet supply and quality maintenance in the case of outputting a sheet, by suppressing to a prescribed level the humidity of air blown relating to the sheet based on temperature or humidity of the outside air. SOLUTION: This device comprises a sheet storage means 1 storing a sheet P, sheet supply means 2 successively supplying the sheet P stored in the sheet storage means 1, air blower means 3 blowing air relating to the sheet P stored in the sheet storage means 1, air heating means 4 heating air blown by the air blower means 3, before heating air temperature detection means 5 detecting a temperature of air before heating by the air heating means 4, and a control means 6 controlling heating action by the air heating means 4 based on the temperature of air detected by before heating air temperature detection means 5.
