The guiding unit is cube- shaped clamp having groove for plate and catching members to be fixed. Guiding unit surface engaged with the plate has channeling matching that of the plate surface. Recess is produced for cylindrical washer rotatably mountable and fixable in the recess on the other side on the guiding unit. Washer opening is coaxial with one of the guiding unit. Tension unit wire carrying supporting member, spring and fixing member passes through the openings. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 3 dwg
