PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently drain a cleaning liquid even when cleaning waste liquid stays inside and outside of a weir by detachably providing the weir for holding a circulating ink liquid level in an ink pan. SOLUTION: A weir 7 for holding a circulating ink liquid level (h) of a printing ink 1 along a direction of a rotational shaft of a plate cylinder 1 is provided in an ink pan 4. A height of an upper end of the weir 7 is sat to the same height (h) as that of the liquid level, and inside and outside of both ends of the weir 7 in a direction of the shaft of the cylinder are respectively held by linear guides 7a, 7b. The weir 7 is slidable in a direction of an arrow along the guides 7a, 7b, can be, for example, slid upward of an arrow with a broken line and raised or removed. All the ink 1 stored in the pan 4 can be recovered into an ink tank from an ink discharge port 6 by raising upward the weir 7. |
