PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a comfortable sleeping state by forming an internal wadding of a sleeping bag into a double structure of an exothermic internal wadding comprising a moisture absorbing/emitting water-absorbing exothermic fiber material and a non-heating internal wadding comprising a synthetic fiber material without exothermic property. SOLUTION: This sleeping bag 1 is a sleeping bag wherein an internal wadding 4 is inserted between a face sheet 2 and a rear sheet 3. Then, the internal wadding 4 is formed into a double layer structure of an exothermic internal wadding 4a comprising a moisture absorbing/emitting water-absorbing exothermic fiber material, and a non-exothermic internal wadding 4b comprising a synthetic fiber material without exothermic property. As the heating internal wadding 4a, the moisture absorbing/emitting water-absorbing exothermic fiber material is used, and a fiber material which is hard to swell at the time of a moisture-absorbing is suitable. As the non-exothermic internal wadding 4b, a synthetic fiber material such as a hollow fiber wadding made of polyester is used. As the material of the non-exothermic internal wadding 4b, one, which is lightweight and excellent in air-permeability and moisture-permeability under a state of the internal wadding 4b, is suitable.
