PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open/close a bag mouth by pivotably fitting handles capable of holding a periphery of the bag mouth by a holding part to frame which are divided into two on the axis, have the holding part, and are symmetric in the right-to-left direction, and screwing the right and left frames so that the right and left frames overlap. SOLUTION: Handles 2, 2' are fitted to frames 1, 1' symmetrical in the right- to-left direction having a holding part 3 by shafts 4, 4' in a rotatable manner, and connected thereto by hinges 5, 5 so that the frames 1, 1' overlap. During the use, a mouth of a bag A is held by the holding part 3 of the frames 1, 1' and the handles 2, 2' to prevent the bag A from being detached from the frames 1, 1'. After a stuff B is placed in the bag A, the frames 1, 1' are rotated around the hinge 5, returned to the original to open/close the mouth of the bag A. When it is used in cleaning works indoors/outdoors, the frames 1, 1' are carried in an overlapping condition. The works can be efficiently effected.
