PURPOSE: A suction and exhaust structure of a cylinder head is provided to reduce the amount of exhaust and save the gasoline mileage of a vehicle by accelerating the suction rate of a fuel mixture and the exhaust rate of a combustion gas. CONSTITUTION: A suction port(30) of a cylinder head(10) is installed by one side of an ignition plug(20) and has an elliptical shape for sucking in a fuel mixture into a combustion chamber(70) more rapidly. An exhaust port(40) is installed by the other side of the ignition plug(20) and has an elliptical shape for exhausting combustion gas toward an exhaust manifold more rapidly. A suction valve(50) is installed in the suction port and has a suction valve head(51) having the same shape as the suction port(30). An exhaust valve(60) is installed in the exhaust port(40) and has an elliptical shape the same as the exhaust port(40).
