BENZOYL PEROXIDE COMPOSITION AND CURING METHOD USING THE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safely handleable powdery benzoyl peroxide composition having excellent aging stability and weighing performance, a method for curing a thermosetting resin with the composition and a curing method of an acrylic unsaturated monomer composition. SOLUTION: The objective benzoyl peroxide composition is preferably composed of 20-50 wt.% benzoyl peroxide, 5-17 wt.% water and 33-75 wt.% non- hydraulic anhydrous gypsum. The curing method for thermosetting resin or acrylic unsaturated monomer composition is characterized by the use of the benzoyl peroxide composition.
