PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid crystal display device which can decrease the cost, increase the viewing angle and improve the display characteristics. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device is produced by alternately laminating liquid crystal layers 15, 16, 17 and substrates 10 to 13. Between the substrates 10 and 11, 11 and 12, and 12 and 13 facing each other through each liquid crystal layer, a resin structure 25 to adhere and support the substrates and a spacer 27 to control the gap between the substrates are arranged. The peripheral part of the substrates is surrounded by a resin sealing wall 26.
