<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an image from being deteriorated due to burning by performing display by a reset signal in at least one sub-frame of plural sub- frames forming one frame. SOLUTION: On frame period (Tf) is composed of a 1st sub-frame period (1st Tsf) and a 2nd sub-frame period (2nd Tsf). In the 1st Tsf, an image signal D1 is supplied to the corresponding pixel TFT, and an image is displayed. Next, in the 2nd Tsf, a reset signal R is supplied to the corresponding pixel TFT, and an image is displayed in black. Similarly, also in the following frame period, an image signal D2 is supplied for the display, and then, in the 2nd Tsf, a reset signal R is supplied to display in black. Thus, in one of the two sub-frame composing one frame, a black image is displayed, therefore, it is possible to prevent the screen from burning.</p> |
