PEDAL REGULATING DEVICE FOR PIANO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive device which can largely regulate the treadling strength of the pedal of a piano and is capable of satisfying the player's liking. SOLUTION: This device is constituted to transmit the treadling action of the pedal 3 of the piano to a damper or another sound production controller via a pedal lever 4 which oscillates by overcoming the elastic force of a pedal lever spring 6. The treadling intensity of the pedal 3 is regulated by disposing the pedal lever spring 6 freely movably in the axial direction of the pedal lever 4. A long hole 7 extending in the axial direction of the pedal lever 4 is formed at the pedal lever 4 and a mounting shaft 8 mounted with the pedal lever spring 6 is inserted into the long hole 7 and is fixed by screwing.
