PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by transmitting the rotation of a permanent magnet that is rotated by a commutator motor with a brush to a magnetic body with magnetic force and hence to a reduction gear and a sector rotary valve. SOLUTION: Although a sector rotary valve 14 of a fluid flow rate control valve transmits the rotary drive force of a rotary shaft 1 of a motor 16 via a reduction gear 36 for decelerated rotation, a permanent magnet 29 is integrated with the drive shaft 1 of the motor 16, and an attraction plate 30 made of a magnetic body is provided at an input shaft 33 of the other reduction gear 36. Then, when the permanent magnet 29 is rotated by the drive of the motor 16, the attraction plate 30 is rotated, thus rotating the reduction gear 36 and hence rotating an output gear 19. Also, the sector rotaty valve 14 inputs the detection signal of a temperature sensor to a CPU 8, thus controlling forward/backward rotation and forward/backward rotary angles by the command, hence using a commutator motor with a brush that is inexpensive and can be obtained easily, and reducing the costs of the fluid flow rate control valve or a fluid channel switching valve. |
