PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LC oscillator that can make oscillation even when the LC oscillator is formed on a substrate. SOLUTION: The LC oscillator is configured with a transistor, a capacitor and an inductive element 30. The inductive element 30 has two spiral conductors 120, 122 that have the shape identical to each other and formed on a front side of a semiconductor substrate 110, and an end of an inner circumference of the conductor 120 and an end of an outer circumference are electrically connected. Lead wires 130, 132 are connected respectively to the end of the outer circumference and the end of the inner circumference of the conductor 120, and the lead wire 132 connected to the end of the inner circumference is led out to the outer circumference through between the lower layer conductor 122 and the semiconductor substrate 110. The upper layer conductor 120 acts like an inductor conductor and is connected to other component of the LC oscillator formed on the semiconductor substrate 110 via the lead wires 120, 122 connected between both ends of the inductor conductor. |
