PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately position a low melting point metal fuse element, surely connect it to an electrode, and eliminate the dispersion of temperature sensitive characteristics by fitting so as to face the projecting terminal side end surface a plastic sheet integrally with a sheet like thermal fuse to a case of a secondary battery. SOLUTION: Part of each of the tips of axial belt-shaped lead conductors 1, 1 is exposed to the surface from the back of a plastic sheet B having smaller contour dimension than that of a plastic sheet A, whose surrounding is fixed to the plastic sheet A having the contour dimension fitting to a thermal fuse fitting part of an apparatus.
