PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which reduces ESR of a high-frequency region, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This solid electrolytic capacitor is equipped with a porous anode body 1 where a dielectric oxide layer 2 is formed on a surface, a chemically polymerized layer 4 that consists of a conductive macro molecule formed on a dielectric oxide layer 2a on the surface of a void part 3 inside the porous anode body 1, and an electrolytic polymerization layer 5 that consists of the conductive macro molecule being formed on a dielectric oxide layer 2b of the surface facing the outside of the porous anode body 1. In the solid electrolytic capacitor, and chemical polymerization layer 4 and the electrolytic polymerization layer 5 conduct electricity at a periphery 13 of the contacting part of the dielectric oxide layer 2b and the electrolytic polymerization layer 5. In the manufacturing method of the solid electrolytic capacitor, the dielectric oxide layer 2 is formed on the surface of the porous anode body 1, the porous anode body 1 is dipped into a solution containing oxidizer at 10 to 60 wt.%, the chemical polymerization layer 4 is formed by chemical oxidation polymerization, and the electrolytic polymerization layer 5 is formed by electrolytic polymerization. |
