摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exceed critical speed without causing excessive shaft vibration by preventing shaft runout of a rotor by means of the damping action of a damper device which generated damping effect, thereby increasing durability and reliability of a bearing device. SOLUTION: This flywheel 101 is formed so as to store energy by high-speed rotation and extract the stored energy as necessary. To reduce rotation loss thereof, permanent magnet repulsive type thrust bearings 105a, 105b are mounted, an upper collar 131 and a lower collar 132 are protruded from the outer circumferential side of a rotor 129 above an upper ball bearing 117 and a lower ball bearing 122 rotatably support the upper and the lower parts of the rotor 129, which causes rotation of the flywheel in a noncontact supporting manner, and at the rotor vibration, the upper collar 131 and the upper ball bearing 116 as well as the lower collar 132 and the lower ball bearing 122 are brought into contact with each other, to cause absorption and reduce vibration.
