PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the stresses of a complementary line produced accompanying the vibration of a solenoid coil. SOLUTION: A second terminal winding part 135 is deviated radially outside of a spool 131 from a first terminal winding part 134, so that a first extra lead 132a wound around the first terminal winding part 134 becomes a parallel coil with no crossings. Thus, the first extra lead 132a is prevented from becoming tightened, so that no large stress occurs at the first extra lead 132a even if the first terminal winding part 134 (coil 130) vibrates relative to a fusing terminal.
