PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate readjustment of convergence by separately adjusting a convergence adjusting magnet part and a purity adjusting magnet part. SOLUTION: This convergence adjusting device 20 is composed of a cylindrical holding frame; a lock ring 8 for forming a screw groove in a spacer 7 of the holding frame; a convergence adjusting magnet part 15; and a purity adjusting magnet part 16. The convergence adjusting device 20 is assembled by fitting in the order of a pair of dipole magnets 2 of a purity adjusting magnet ring; a spacer 5 having locking function; a pair of hexa-pole magnets of a center beam adjusting magnet ring; the spacer 5, a pair of tetra-pole magnets 6 of a side beam adjusting magnet ring; and the spacer 7 to the outer circumference of the cylindrical holding frame in which screw grooves are formed in two or more portions, and fixing by fastening with the lock ring 8.
