PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a time slot in a base station by efficiently setting the time slot. SOLUTION: A time slot group TS1 is a time slot group of a base station and includes a time slot of a time slot TS1n from a time slot TS11. An inter- base-station guard timeΔGT is provided between time slots. Furthermore, a time slot group TS2 is a time slot group of an adjacent base station and an inter-base-station guard time GT is provided between the time slot groups TS1 and TS2. A relation of GT>ΔGT holds depending on a relation of a difference of distance. This method adaptively changes the GT and theΔGT.
