PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of standardized document delivery processing or the like from a centralized center and to save the transfer cost by providing a printer for printing and issuing a routine document on the side of a sales shop and managing the issue of the standardized document on the side of the sales shop. SOLUTION: In a sales shop 10, an OCR client 11 prints a standardized document 1 by using a printer 13 before of after a client comes to the shop. The client enters required items on this document 1 and presents it to the sales shop 10. The operator of the sales shop 10 makes an OCR 12 read that document 1 and the image data are acquired and encoded. In this case, a registration master file 15 is provided on the sales shop side, information for the client is stored in advance and the read image and encoded data are corrected, verified and transferred to the centralized center 20 while referring to the file 15. Thus, the correction/verification job in the centralized center 20 is saved, labor for printing the document and mailing it to each sales shop is reduced and the useless stock of documents is unnecessitated. |
