PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector for reducing crosstalk due to scattered rays and making uniform the detection characteristics among X-ray detection elements, and an X-ray CT device for obtaining a high picture-quality sectional image where no ring artifacts the like occur in a reconfigured CT image. SOLUTION: A plurality of divided scintillators 6 are arranged corresponding to each photoelectric conversion element. The scintillators 6 are separated by an isolation plate 7, and a light reflection member/light-shielding member 8 is provided at both the ends in the longitudinal direction of the scintillators for composing a multiple element detector. The X-ray detector is composed by a plurality of collimator plates for controlling the amount of radiation entering the scintillators corresponding to a plurality of scintillators and the isolation wall plate 2 for separating among the collimators. A projecting part 2a is provided at both the ends of the isolating wall plate and is inserted into a groove with the same pitch as that for inserting the isolating plate into the light reflection member/light-shielding member, and the collimator plate is aligned to the multiple element detector.
