<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone information service system that serves an information service including charming services with excellent operability without imposing a load onto a user. SOLUTION: In the telephone information service system where a user makes a phone call to a host system, selects various service items on a menu of the host system and receives the selected service, the host system is provided with a triggering restart function where when a trigger condition of a service item selected by a user is established, the service item hit by triggering is brought into a top of the menu so as to dynamically revise the menu configuration for the user, the host system informs the user about it so as to allow the user to start the objective service item. Or the host system is preferably provided with a menu customize function where a user selects service items on a usual menu, and the system provides sequentially the service items having been selected by the user from next time without the need for the operation by the user.</p> |
