PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor blow-off air-conditioning system to sufficiently ensure an indoor space. SOLUTION: A two-layer structure floor slab 3 is formed such that an upper layer slab 3b made of concrete is laminated on a lower layer made of precast concrete having an upper surface in which a recess groove 15 is formed. Air- conditioning air is caused to flow in a cavity part C consisting of the recess groove 15 and air-conditioning air is supplied in the upper layer slab 3b through an air outlet 25 formed through in the cavity part.
