PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize cold and warm, which are stored in a cold and heat reservoir by night electricity, during daytime and to improve the efficiency of cooling, heating, cool radiation and heat radiation of the cold and heat reservoir in an automatic vending machine. SOLUTION: In the rear space of a delivery chute 20 in an automatic vending machine 10, plate-like cold and heat reservoirs 30 are arranged in parallel in a width direction with gaps to store cold and warm here through the use of night electricity which is comparatively inexpensive. The reservoirs 30 are constituted by charging a cold and heat reserving agent to the inside of the hole part D of a honeycomb construction body consisting of a thin metallic plate.
