PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photographic processing device constituted to suppress the occurrence of dew condensation by automatically driving an exhaust fan only when there is a possibility of the occurrence of dew condensation. SOLUTION: This device has an exhaust fan 2 for lowering the temperature in a housing internally provided with a processing liquid tank, an outdoor air temperature detecting sensor 3 for detecting the outdoor air temperature outside the housing, a processing liquid temperature detecting sensor 4 for detecting the processing liquid temperature and a controller 5 for controlling the drive of the exhaust fan 2 in accordance with the detection result of both sensors described above. The outdoor air temperature detected by the outdoor air temperature detecting sensor 3 and the processing liquid temperature detected by the processing temperature detecting sensor 4 are compared and the exhaust fan 2 is stopped by the controller 5 when the difference between the outdoor air temperature and the processing liquid temperature attains a prescribed value or below.
