A metallized film has front face margin (10) comprising: first strip like margin (11) provided along one edge on a front face of a film; second margin (12) continuously formed from and substantially perpendicular to the first margin (11); third margin (13) continuously formed from and substantially perpendicular to the second margin (12); and fourth margin (14) continuously formed from and substantially perpendicular to third margin (13). Over the part other than front face margin (10), front electrode layer (20) is formed. Along both edges on the back face of the film, back face margins (31) are formed so as to at least partially overlap with the first margin (11) and the third margin (13). Over the part other than back face margins (31), back electrode layer (30) is provided. The front and the back electrode layers constitute one capacitor unit. Further, adjacent another capacitor unit is successively formed via fourth margin (14).
