The roof closure means have at least one pair of roof elements(17,18,19), each of which in the vehicle's transverse direction is adjustable between an open position in which the respective roof element opens an associated part of the roof opening(13) and is covered by roof segment adjacent to the roof opening, and a closed position in which the respective roof element closed the associated part of the roof opening. The roof elements of one pair in their closed position adjoin one another centrally in relation to the vehicle's transverse direction.
