METHOD FOR MANAGING CONNECTION OF DIGITAL INTERFACE

PURPOSE: A digital interface connection management method is provided to release a point to point connection with other electronic devices. CONSTITUTION: A digital interface connection management method comprises steps of checking when a source device wants to release a point to point connection(300), allowing the source device to try an asynchronization lock(Asynclock) transaction with the other device in a point to point connection with the source device(302), the source device transmitting the asynchronization lock(Asynclock) to a release request field and a release request plug ID field of the other device, and the other device checking if a point to point connection exists in a plug corresponding to the release request plug ID(304), and the source device releasing the point to point connection with respect to the plug corresponding to the release request plug ID in the case that the other device has the point to point connection plug corresponding to the release request plug ID(306).
