PURPOSE: A phosphor slurry composition necessary for forming a fluorescent film for flat displays and fluorescent film prepared therefrom are provided which can prevent deterioration and fallout of a phosphor caused by the accumulation of electrical charge without need for coating conductive fine particles on the phosphor itself. CONSTITUTION: In a phosphor slurry composition for the manufacture of a fluorescent film for flat displays, the slurry for the manufacture of the fluorescent film comprises 28 to 48% by weight of a phosphor, 26 to 46% by weight of binder resin, 6 to 26% by weight of a dispersion medium and 1 to 10% by weight of a conductive material wherein the conductive material is In2O3, SnO2 or a mixture thereof. And the fluorescent film is prepared by a photolithography, electrodeposition or printing method. |
