IMPROVED SYNCHRONIZATION CONTROLLER REQUIRED FOR MULTIPLEXER

PURPOSE: An improved synchronization controller required for a multiplexer is provided to control a difference jitter between clocks by using a device for controlling a write-clock. CONSTITUTION: In virtual container apparatuses VC-32 and VC-4 multiplexing a digital signal to a synchronous communication network using stopping synchronization, a write clock is controlled in order to reduce the size of jitter that generates in the apparatuses. The frequency division rate of clock for phase comparison must be selected to be an integer number when the number of data in a frame is divided by the frequency division rate so that there is no variation in a phase comparison position, resulting in generation of jitter with a small size.
