PURPOSE: A regenerated layer of periodontal tissue and its preparation method are provided, which regenerated layer is used for treating periodontitis, is biodegraded and does not need to be removed by operation. CONSTITUTION: The regenerated layer of periodontal tissue comprises heat pressed two layers consisting of(a) a non-woven or scaffold and(b) a scaffold, wherein the non-woven or scaffold(a) which is comprises biodegradable polymers and contains micropores with the mean diameter below 10 micrometers; and the scaffold(b) which comprises biodegradable polymers and contains micropores with the mean diameter of 100-400 micrometers. Preferably the biodegradable polymers are selected from polyglycolide, polylactide, poly(glycolic acid), poly(lactic acid), polydioxanone, poly(trimethylene carbonate), polycaprolactone, poly(olso ester), poly(anhydride), poly(phosphagen), poly(amino acid), cellulose derivatives, poly(saccharide), poly(hydroxybutylate), copolymers thereof and blends thereof.
