PURPOSE: There is an axial fan for ventilation to increase airflow and reducing the noise by reducing floating resistance of an air current and to easily install the fan by making with FRP. CONSTITUTION: In an axial fan for ventilation including fans(10) rotated by a motor(20) for feeding an air current in an axial direction, a shroud(30) installed around the fans for guiding the flow of the air current, and a motor housing(40) installed in the rear of the shroud for supporting the motor, wherein a counterflow interrupting plate(31) is formed in the inner end part of the shroud extendedly toward the fan for interrupting counterflow of the air current and the motor housing is installed vertically to the inflow direction of the air current.
