PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately and speedily analyze a sample solution to be analyzed, which is supplied to a biosensor by providing a processing instrument for the sample solution with a control means for controlling the sample solution supplied to the biosensor, approximating the state appropriate for the analysis. SOLUTION: A substance which is to be a means for adjusting a sample solution to a desired state is pressed directly, in contact with a bottom face of a container 10 formed of a resin. Alternatively, a solution in which the substance is dissolved in an appropriate solvent, or a dispersion in which the substance is dispersed in an appropriate dispersion medium is dropped to the bottom face, and dried to have the solvent or dispersion medium evaporated, and a control film 11 is thus formed. An interfering substance, included in the sample solution, can be removed from the sample solution when the control means includes an adsorbent with physical adsorption properties. For example, an organic acid, such as lactic acid or the like generated in a brewing process for brewed food adversely affects enzyme reaction and electrode reaction, and lowers the accuracy for measuring concentration of glucose to manage quality control. Therefore, the sample solution is processed by the processing instrument constituting an adsorption layer of a layer, including activated carbon, thereby removing the organic acid and accordingly accuracy of analysis can be improved.
