The printed circuit board (8) is laminated with two layers (10,11) containing various perforations together with outer equalizing (12) and face layers (14). Under heat and pressure the circuit board and conductors deform into the perforations, giving conductors at three different levels (7,7',7). Appropriate recesses are then milled to accommodate and connect the components.
