PURPOSE: An electromotive wheel chair is provided, for going up and down stairs and running a street, to improve the stability and to allow the wheel chair to be loaded in a trunk easily. CONSTITUTION: The electromotive wheel chair comprises a drive part(21) which is driven by a chargeable battery; an operation control plate(3) which can be operated with one hand and controls the rotation of a chair, the advance and reverse of a chair, the velocity of movement and the direction of movement; a rotation gear part(9) which rotates a chair by a ring gear driven motor; a horizontality maintaining gear part(20) which is attached to the rotation plate(8) inside the rotation gear part(9) and maintains the horizontality by a sloped angle sensor(16); and a shock buffering apparatus(24) which buffers the shock generated when it rises or falls stairs.
