BACKLASH-PREVENTING DEVICE FOR BLDC MOTOR

PURPOSE: A backlash-preventing device for a BLDC(Brushless DC) motor is provided to prevent a backlash of a shaft of a BLDC motor when the motor is used for driving a blowing fan. CONSTITUTION: A backlash-preventing device(40) includes a backlash-preventing member(41) and an elastic member(43). The backlash-preventing member(41) is disposed at a motor shaft(11a) while contacting with the same. The elastic member(43) returns the backlash-preventing member(41) to its original position when the motor shaft(11a) stops. The movement of the backlash-preventing member(41) is guided by a guiding member(42) which is fixed relatively to the BLDC motor(11). The backlash-preventing member(41) is moved by a friction with the motor shaft(11a). Because the backlash-preventing member(41) has a slant surface, the friction between the backlash-preventing member(41) and the motor shaft(11a) increases during the backlash of the motor shaft(11a), thereby preventing the backlash.
